Salary: Circa £45,000 per annum pro-rata, negotiable dependent on experience

We are looking for a Marketing manager who can develop and deliver on this plan building the right audience and commercial partnerships.

Key activities:

● Develop and deliver on company-wide marketing plan - content strategy, key
channels, events, community and influencers
● Develop strategy to build the right audience, community and partnerships
● Production of all high quality accurate on/offline marketing materials
● Guide existing team for content creation across business divisions
● Own coherent content strategy across all channels
● Identify appropriate new strategic marketing partnerships
● Identify and negotiate appropriate co-branding opportunities
● Set and report on clear KPIs

● Full ownership of website content
● Full ownership of newsletter content and social media channels
● Exploration of further licensing of the Impossible brand as a business model
Candidat equirements:
The successful candidate will have demonstrable skills and experience in a brand or
marketing role as described below:
● Blend of strategy, creative, analytic and project management expertise with an
overarching focus on building a global brand
● Driven individual with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
● Proven experience in copywriting and content creation
● Ability to work flexibly within a small team
● Ability to communicate in a calm, confident and discreet manner
● Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
● Excellent skills in written and spoken English
● Fluency on a Mac platform
● Strong interest in the creative industries
